Queretaro: Sunday, July 10, 2016
This morning we went to Sunday School where they all laughed at my sunburn. Immediately after Sunday School we began the 7 hour drive to Queretaro. Praise God that it was uneventful and we made it safely. When we arrived we went directly to church. The Pastor of this church and his wife were students in the Theological Education class in Honduras when the Dunbars were there. And now they are leading a church here in Mexico working alongside the Dunbars. Isn’t it amazing where God will take us if we trust Him?
Tonight we are staying with them and are leaving early tomorrow morning. We also explored downtown Queretaro this evening, or night. It was late. But the town was very historical and the architecture was amazing. However it was sad to see so many people sleeping on cardboard next to buildings. There is much more poverty in the larger cities.
